The Demargia Villas are a set of five stylish apartments positioned on top of a sleepy hill in one of the best inland villages in Zakynthos, Greece, divided into two separate complexes, these villas offer space, quiet and privacy. The sixth apartment is smack bang in the middle of Zante town, a match made in heaven for those go-getters who prefer an active vacation!

Our vacation apartments

All of our apartments offer a contemporary, relaxing space that can be enjoyed by the whole family as well as a private balcony with striking views. 

 

Villa A is the largest of our villas, consisting of three large apartments, a private swimming pool, barbecue area, unimaginable and the peaceful sounds of rural village life.

 

Villa B is more secluded, although it shares a playground with Villa A, strategically placed further round the cliff edge, it feels like its own retreat. Villa B also has its own swimming pool, spacious barbecue area and endless views of the picturesque valley below it.

 

Villa C is the loft apartment located in the center of town, giving you the opportunity to fully experience busy island life while enjoying the creature comforts your home provides. 

Our AMENITIES

All apartments come fully furnished with air conditioning, free WiFi, private entrances, balconies with outdoor furniture as well as safe, off-street parking. 

The kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots & pans as well as all the cutlery and crockery you could possibly need. The bathrooms all have a washing machine for your convenience and high water pressure. 

Villa A & B also come with their own private pools, barbecue facilities, playground and outside toilets all to make your vacation that much more enjoyable.

Locations of our holiday apartments

Villa A and Villa B of Demargia Villa’s can be found in the village of Ano Gerakari, which is approximately 10 km from the main town of Zakynthos and 12 km from the popular beach resorts of Laganas. It is 11 km from The Zakynthos International “Dionysios Solomos” Airport, from which airport pick-up and drop-off can easily be arranged. 

Villa C of the Demargia group is based in the town centre, just minutes from the port, well-loved restaurants and cafes as well as fascinating historical sites. Zante is only 5km from the airport and is a 20 minute drive to Laganas (the best place to see the endangered Loggerhead sea turtle).
