Ristrutturato moderno, pulito zona comoda, uso di lavatrice, abbiamo trovato frutta acqua vino il kit benvenuto, ci ha fatto molto piacere, a metà settimana sono venuti a pulire e cambiare biancheria consigliatissimo- Quando siamo arrivati non c’era nessuno ad aspettarci e hanno tardato una mezz’oretta prima di arrivare.

Amazing stay! Both the villa itself and Myreen’s services were perfect. If we needed a taxi or a rental car, she took care of it in no time. The villa is located on one of the better spots on the island. I would recommend it to everyone, it was definitely worth the money.

Completely renovated and exceptionally clean. From patio furniture and the pool down to the air conditioning everything was seemingly brand new. The complimentary wine was really appreciated. The gentleman who let us in was exceptionally helpful and regularly checked in on us. We enjoyed the bottles of wine and extra water they left us.

This flat is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to relax. Everything you need is available. The pools are great to relax after some sightseeing. You will need a car for this accommodation, however, it is really worth it!

Great apartment close to all the restaurants in town and just across the road from a spot to swim in the ocean. Air conditioning and wifi worked well (we worked remotely from the space for three days and had no issues). Definitely recommend hiring a car to travel around the island, there are lots of beautiful places to see and this was a great place to base ourselves for 6 nights.

We had the best time! The house is beautiful, clean, relaxing and comfortable. We loved the attention to details and felt so welcomed. We even received a bottle of wine and homemade cookies when we arrived. The island itself is amazing and worth visiting, the beaches are like a dream and the food and weather were perfect.

It’s an unforgettable time in Zakynthos. Myreen is a very nice host, she gives us lots of tips, reply very quickly when we message her. It’s a wonderful place for tourists, modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms which are very convenient to a big family, and what the children like best is the luxury swimming pool. They have lots of wonderful times there, they will keep these beautiful memories for their whole life. Thanks a lot.

Myreen’s place is the perfect accommodation one could ever ask for when residing in Zakynthos. The apartment is very well equipped and it has an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is also close to a minimart and an amazing souvlaki restaurant (5mins drive). Am very satisfied with my stay at Myreen’s.

Great villa with an amazing view and clean pool! Everything you need is there and the communication via Myreen is very fast. It’s a nice villa when you want to escape all the crowdiness surrounding laganas.

The apartment was very nice and large. Everything was super clean. And the view is amazing. Enough parking space. Myreen was very helpful far before and during our stay. When we arrived at the airport, a taxi driver was ready to pick us up.

Staying at Villa Demargia has been a great experience for us. The house was perfect to spend our holidays. Wee loved the terrace, the experience to cook our own greek dishes in a big and equipped kitchen and we really enjoyed the pool everyday with much dedication. Everything inside the house were comfortable and very clean (clean service very often) we definitely recommend you to stay at villa Demargia (5star). Very nice place, comfortable, new and at a strategic location. Parking spots close by. Very close to the centre and shops. The place was very clean and during our week we had an intermediate cleaning. We definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely stunning place. Amazing views and probably one of the nicest sunsets on the island, from the church situated right behind the premises. The units are immaculate, brand new, very spacious, top quality finishes with everything to make you feel right at home. Nothing more relaxing than taking a refreshing dip in the pool while looking at the blue lonian sea on the horizon. I would definitely go back to Demargia Villas if I went back to Zakynthos, and I will definitely recommend it to friends.

Beautiful home lovely location but requires to get to town and beaches!

Our vacation at Demargia Villas was excellent. We were a large group of 12 people and we had 2 apartments. The location of the villa made it easy to access all the beaches and points of interest by car. Also, everything was clean. The two pools were excellent, especially in the evening, after a day at the beach. The view is also perfect. Because we had little problems on the last day, they offered us a late check-out at no additional cost. All in all, i warmly recommend Demargia Villas.

Thank you again for such a lovely stay. Everything was super clean, new, the apartment was comfy, had all we needed and the views and pool were really spectacular! The water bottles and the treats were much appreciated. Don’t miss the views from the church and have pizza at Lofos. Last but not least, Myreen the host is lovely.

Very good location close to the beach and the square but not too loud. The terrace was very lovely. The fridge made an annoying sound which would wake us up at night. Door was self locking but we were not aware so did get locked out

Modern renovated, clean comfortable area, use of washing machine, we found fruit, water, wine the welcome kit, we were very pleased, mid week they came to clean and change linen highly recommended When we arrived there was no one waiting for us and they were late a half-hour before arriving

The apartment is very clean. Great location, in a quiet residential area, and central. The beach is down the street. There are all shops nearby. The wifi works very well. The veranda is superb. We were greeted with drinks, water, bottles of red wine and white wine, and fruits. The bus station is a 25 minute walk. It is important to visit other beaches. The person in charge of the apartment, Myreen, looked after me very well, always available, and very responsive. She sent me a colleague to show me how to handle the windows, the safe, and show me where some things are, like pots, and the washing machine, which is in a laundry room, on the terrace. The apartment has all the amenities. However there is no instructions for any machine. I looked online to see how to use the washing machine. I do not like the spiral staircase to the apartment. To get up and down the luggage, it is not practical. You have to pay attention to small steps in the garden, before you take the spiral staircase, and to get out of the bathroom. But get used to after a day. In addition you can turn on the garden at night, at the entrance, and turn off from the apartment.

Our stay lasted 10 days and throughout our entire stay we simply couldn't complain about a thing. Very clean, very comfortable, fantastic location - close to the center, close to the sea. We were welcomed with delicious treats, we were looked after the whole stay. Our host was extremely reliable and helpful with everything. In apartament you could find all the accesories you'd imagine you might need. 😞 - Spiral stairs to the apartament. Might be an issue for elders, children or special need guests.
